Unless otherwise stated, all equipment is used and being sold As-Is.
Used equipment is inherently not new, and may possibly have wear, tear, scratches, chips, and may not be as smooth or quiet as a new machine.

We guarantee that the equipment will be in the condition it was sold to you in when you receive it. Please be aware that Used Gym Store is not responsible for shipping damages, (the shipper is) and all damages must be noted on the delivery paperwork while the driver is still present in order for the damages to be covered by the shipper’s insurance.

With that said, shipping damages are extremely rare and your shipment will be thoroughly packaged and securely palletized before shipping to prevent harm.

Used Gym Store has a no refund policy. We work hard to educate the customer on the exact piece they are purchasing, you are always free to request additional details and picture before purchasing. We seek to make the buyer aware of the full extent of any and all flaws on the equipment.

Once purchased, we will hold the equipment for up to 30 days before shipping in instances where the customer is not ready to receive the equipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Used Gym Store when they are ready to receive the equipment, whether it is earlier or later than the previously arranged date. There will be a 15% (of total purchase price) restocking fee for any orders cancelled before they are shipped.
