Sorry, no returns or exchanges are accepted on used items.
Returns on New Items:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You must bring the item to the Used Gym Store warehouse in order to initiate a Return.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date on your receipt.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure its condition. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment of method. Some credit cards can take 2-4 business days to reflect the return on your statement.
There are no refunds on any shipping fees that were part of the purchase.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
